NextGen Plugin Transparency Issue

A client contacted me yesterday and said that the NextGen gallery was malfunctioning on her web site. She was viewing her pics yesterday and said that some ot the background text was showing through so dramatically that she couldn’t read the Picture title. My drift was that the transparency was malfunctioning. This problem, she said, was temporary because she went back to it later and all worked fine. Has anyone had this issue…or heard of it? She has windows xp and was using Firefox. I have both and have not had this issue.
