Nextgen support for tiled galleries

Hello,
I would like to use tiled galleries with nextgen plugin but it doesn’t work. The reason seems to be the missing photon module. I also installed Jetpack Photon for NextGEN Gallery (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/jetpack-photon-for-nextgen-gallery/) but this does not help either, because it is only for “Jetpack” and not “Slim Jetpack”. Maybe anybody knows a solution how to modify the plugin so that it works with Slim Jetpack too?
