Nextgen update

My galleries are not working properly after the last two updates. First they weren’t in three columns like they were originally, but now with the last update they have html code showing up and the captions above them as well as below. http://wendy-malowany.com/gallery/architectural/ It is like that for all my galleries.

Please advise. I have an art website so the visual aspect of the site is crucial. Plus I build websites for other artists and use NextGen!
