Nextgen – Upgrade Database

I installed Nextgen plugin – latest version – new user – multisite.

I checked all the past post – most are over 2 years old – and I didn’t actually see a solution to the endless loop – detected older version please update – and nothing happens when I try to update and the same message. Sorry I am a new to WP and the posting process – The plugin works for the admin account and not on the other sites. When I deactive on the master – I don’t have the option to activate at the indivual site level.
