NextGen will not work with NimbleBuilder.

    I can insert a gallery anywhere I want on my website but not in the NimbleBuilder. Shortcodes will not work, not even the shortcode widget provided by the builder.

    On the live page it gives me the error.

    Hi @cmba,

    I am sorry to say that there seems to be a problem in how NimbleBuilder converts the shortcode’s placeholder instead of parsing the shortcode itself. We, unfortunately, don’t currently have any workarounds excluding switching to a different page builder.

    I’ve tried contacting them but would you guys know of another way to contact them? I don’t have an email for support.
