I installed this plugin on another server with PHP gettext installed and that breaks this plugin. Because it’s using ngettext() in migrate_users.php. According to the Codex (https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/I18n_for_WordPress_Developers#Plurals) it’s possible to use plurars without ngettext.

Tnx for shooting this bug!. It’s a crazy moment to update the plugin and you, because my wife is giving birth at this same moment (sitting next to her).

But to summarise, The fix is in 2.3.
