    Since you use the WP Hide PRO, always consider contacting us directly through the plugin website for fast support.
    Meanwhile, check with your host company to ensure the location where you added the rewrite lines is correct.

    The server is Vultr, and the Baota panel is installed. In this case, should I contact the customer service of the Baota panel or the customer service of the server?

    I think you should contact Baota, as they know where to deploy the rewrites through their application.
