Yes, the only thing to have in mind regarding NGINX is when delivering WebP images via rewrite rules. In that case, you would have to apply rules in nginx.conf manually. You can find these here (at the end) – https://imagify.io/documentation/my-images-are-broken/

And Imagify works fine on Multisite as well.
