Good funcional but no suport WPML. There is no possibility to create your own form that might fix the problem multilingual. 1 form 1 language. If you fix it, you will be the best.

Thanks for pointing this out and for the otherwise positive rating.

I have submitted the plugin to WPML’s Go-Global Program; hopefully they can provide some advice on how to best do this.

Thanks for the reply.

What I had in mind. If a user could create a form, then the user could create two forms for the two languages and shortcodes to insert into the pages.
User need more then 1 form.

The plugin is now WPML compatible.
