Nice option for advanced users

I hold a pretty good view of Swift Performance, but I caution beginners and even intermediate users. I had to deactivate it due to a rather complex bug or conflict with another plugin. But I love the prewarming cache feature where you can verify the URLs that are warmed and this is great for sites with low traffic.
