Nice plugin to collect information

    Love this plugin and can’t wait to see what the new version will offer.

    Maybe the following things are already present in the plugin ?
    Pre-configured dropdown Countries
    Multiselect : option to display this horizontally or vertically or 2, 3 column
    When filling in the form option to display the groups in tabs.

    Nice ! Love it.
