Nice Themes Terrible Support

    Purchased ThemeGrill membership a week ago via their Paddle.com payment gateway and monies deducted from my account. However my membership status on ThemeGrill still shows as Pending and 2 support emails in a week has resulted in zero replies.

    Update: Support have finally resolved my issue. It took some time, I am now happy and am still using their themes.
