nightmare since upgrading

    Recently upgraded a client’s site tp wp 4 and wpec3.8.14.4 which has left the site not displaying the base country shipping rates when not logged in.
    4 days ago I wrote a ticket requesting help and haven’t heard a word.
    Have been using this plugin for over 3 years and I have to say I have never found the support that good.
