if i try to import from database i get this error Call to undefined method Ninja_Forms::subs() /libraries/upicrm_ninja_forms.php on line 64
has the call to subs changed in ninja version 3
this the line i think that is wrong
$subs = Ninja_Forms()->subs()->get( $args );

Hello! If you can, please specify which versions of plug-ins you use, and what do you import, as a result of which you receive an error message?

Thanks for responding, tring to use Version 3.0.31 of ninja forms, upicrm Version 2.1.8.1, this is a dev site so not live, want to implement this for one of my clients, works ok with contact form 7 mappped all the fields for the ninja form, but nothing actually populates, thus i thought i would try and import data from the forms i used and i got that error. Really do not mind pay for a bit of support if that helps?

The problem seems to be that, in the latest version of Ninja Forms, ExceptionNandler is added. Try installing version 3.0.20 or lower.This version was tested and worked without problems

ok will give it a go, though it would be handy to be able to run latest versions of all software plugins just in case a fantastic feature comes along, will let you know

ok fiddled around not ideal, i think by downgrading to 2.9 and then upgrading to latest version but not upgrading forms i have it working again, the reason i need ninja is i want to hook up to mailchimp for the date usage, where i can send out an auto responder, cf7 was not good for this
Exactly the same problem. Very time consuming and very frustrating!

We are preparing changes to support the new version, but if possible, switch to ninja forms version 2.9.
So is this fixed now? I’m using Ninja Forms 3.1.5 and everything appears to be working, but I’m not getting any leads showing up in UpiCRM after I fill out the Ninja Form. I’ve mapped all the fields, so I’m not sure what could be going wrong.
After correctly installed, yet three times reinstalled and database cleared.
Still I have the same problem as other users have, using UpiCRM Version 2.1.9.2 and Ninja Forms Version 3.2.1
And I can’t find where to download the suggested Ninja Forms Version 2.9
Please give some help to solve this.
I left Ninja and using now Contact Form 7 with Listo and Contact Form DB

I have just installed UpiCRM v. 2.1.9.2, and mapped the fields of my Ninja Form Contact Form (v3.2.3), but I can’t get anything in the leads: it does not populate when I receive a new contact, and nothing happen when I try to import old data…
I have read this thread and found out that the plugin does not support this version of Ninja Form.
I would like to know if Ninja Form v.3 will be supported soon?
