    – Plugin working on desktop OR mobile, not both,
    – Poor support on the forum, not able to really read the questions and comments to solve problems but systematically marking post as “resolved” to look efficient…

    I don’t understand why there are so many people satisfied. Is it because of the progress made make Google translations ? Probably

    I’m really surprised with your decision and calling it a poor support is not fair.

    You just needed to read it, it is so simple and straight forward.

    Sometimes I regret that I spend my time on weekends providing free support for people who do not appreciate. 🙁
