• Hello!

Help please? I’m using WordPress MU 2.9.2. Ever since I loaded that version I have not been able to activate plugins because I can’t figure out where the plugins menu is. Is there an alternate method of using plugins with this version or do I have something messed up. My site is http://www.skywaychurch.com

    Thanks

  • I have an identical problem. The plug-ins menu simply doesn’t exist. Logged in as the SuperAdmin, Logged in as the Admin.

The directory exists on the server, and there are plug-ins in it–but, there is no way to activate/deactivate on any of the blogs, or in the SuperAdmin panel.

    Any ideas?

Figured this out. In my instance, from the Dashboard and logged in as a SuperAdmin, I when to Settings > Menu Editor.

The Plugins menu was hidden, so I clicked the Show/Hide link, it showed, and Saved my options.

Hope that works for you, too.

It’s still pretty much where tdmarsol said, but if you’re really on 2.9.2, you should consider upgrading to 3.0 and then 3.1.

Yes, the plugins menu is disabled by default.
