no access to admin panel

I can’t access to admin pannel
after login (admin role) there is a redirection to homepage and I conot access to admin pannel even through top bar.
I think I’ve been hacked but I don’t have backup
Someone can help me please ?

It seems that you are not administrator. If you have access to PhpMyAdmin or MySql then:
- open and click on your database.
Click on users table. and find the id of your username.
Then click onwp_usermetaand find search for that id.
Then searchwp_capabilitiesagainst that user id.
Capabilities must bea:1:{s:13:"administrator";s:1:"1";}for administrator.
