No action on hover

    I can see my test term underlined (http://take.ms/23A8F), but nothing happens on hover.

    No errors in my console at all and I can see the HTML output properly by the plugin: <span data-cmtooltip=”PR stands for Personal Record or the best time achieved by an individual.” class=”glossaryLink “>PR</span>

    Yet I get nothing when I hover or click.

    What could cause this?
