Did you do a fresh install of the plugin or are you updating? Is there an error that you can copy and paste here?

First, I had the elder version, and the complete page crashed at once installing the new version. I deleted the quiz by ftp, and installed new. The page didn’t crash, but the refuse of the activation appeared.
(First I thought, that I had made a mistake, because I am the total rookie on wp :))
Gotchya! I just pushed an update (Version 1.2.32) that I’m pretty sure should resolve your issue. Let me know if you still have a problem after grabbing the update!
