No additional writer settings

    I’ve installed and activated the plugin (tried network activated and just activated on the site).

    There are no additional options in the settings -> writer page. The plugin does revert the user experience back to the classic editor, but it does not let the user switch between classic and gutenberg. and does not give me options in settings -> writer to configure the behavior.

    Using WordPress 5.1.1 and Classic Editor plugin version 1.4

    If the plugin is network activated, look on the network settings screen (at the bottom) for these options. These settings apply for all sites on the network.

    If it is not network activated (on multisite), and site admins are allowed to activate plugins, each site admin can activate it and change the settings (only for their site) from Settings->Writing.
