No Admin Tools for Plugin displaying in WordPress

    I have downloaded and installed several Support Ticket plugins and I just cannot get the Admin tools (in WordPress) to show up? In WordPress – I can see the plugin in the left panel but there is no flyout to select the options i.e. to set it all up?

    What is odd is that the first test site I did this on worked, see:
    http://www.cortechnology.com/support/

    But the other test sites all fail to work – I am the Administrator and have tried a dozen free and paid for templates – none except the first one I tried works?

    Does anyone know why this would be the case?

    If there is anything anyone can think of that would be stopping a particular plugin’s flyout coming up in WordPress (others are working fine) I would sure appreciate it!

    My only other option is to forget WordPress and move to Joomla!

    Just to let everyone know that a tech from Zingiri got in touch with me via email and has since made some changes on their server and now their Support Tickets plugin works again – so problem solved!
