it’s the only plugin activated.
this was working previous to changing hosting companies.
i can see the correct value in the options table ‘whl_page’

just not working?

With “host”, I mean “hosting company”.

For example, WPS Hide Login doesn’t work on WP Engine for some reasons they didn’t explain.
