This seems to be a common issue, but I installed the plugin, created a google analytics account with both a UA- and a G- property. I enabled ecommerce on the view for the UA-property. There doesn’t seem to be such an option for the G-property.

I copied the UA code first, but then noticed there was no real-time analytics. Using the tag manager assistant it said nothing was found on the site.

I have no caching plugins.

Do I need to do anything else in order to set up the plugin?

Hi @mxldevs,

If you have any plugin or server-based caches enabled could you purge/clear those as caches can serve old HTML preventing scripts from being instered?

Would you then be able to provide a link to the site where you have the UA- tracking methods enabled and I can take a look at that for you?

There aren’t any caching plugins and I don’t think there are server caches.

In the settings, I entered the UA ID and enabled global site tag so I assume it should insert the gtag library but I don’t think there’s anything there.
