    Over the past few months I’ve submitted support requests via support on the OceanWP website (https://oceanwp.org/support/). I have not received a single reply to any of my support requests. I am paying user of your product but cannot seem to get any response from your support team when I open a ticket. A response would be greatly appreciated.

    There are no pending tickets except for the most recent ones, so either we did not receive your ticket or you did not receive our reply or it ended up in your spam folder, which users don’t usually check. There have been similar issues with the helpdesk platform we’re using, everything explained in our documentation.
    If replies ended up in your spam folder, unfortunately, that is entirely out of our control. Nonetheless, we are sorry for whatever happened and you felt like being ignored.

    We see you registered your account on WordPress 2 days ago, and we were able to find your website online. There are no tickets (ever) associated with your name (B T), your account registered email ([email protected]), or any other emails associated with your website’s domain (*@yourcompany.com.au), so you could have also been using a different email address to reach us.

    Using the exact email address you have mentioned in your reply.

    Nothing went to spam. The fact that you have no tickets from me indicates that your support ticket form doesn’t work correctly.
