No API Key assigned

    I purchased a subscription Akismet for an API key. I received my receipt in my email and the money has been subtracted from my bank account. No API key was issued and now Akismet says I am not subscribed. Their support screen is useless as they seem to believe I am not subscribed. There is no email address or phone number. What options do I have to get that API key?
