The link you provided “cannot be reached”, using latest Chrome browser.
I can tell you that USP does *not* enable comments, only posts. It enables users to submit posts and images. So not sure if you have the correct plugin here?

Thanks. Everything on the post-submit form looks to be functioning correctly. I tried submitting a “test” post and it went thru just fine. So not sure why submitted posts are not displayed on the front-end. The best way to figure it out is to do some basic troubleshooting. If you are unfamiliar with the process, I would be glad to provide a guide.
