On these websites it didnt work. It worked before?
Probably because of a plugin or the theme that prevent the wpmobile plugin to embed the top/bottom toolbar : /
Just native as app theme didnt work?
Hi there,
This is the same theme I use with all my other apps, (1 works, 2 don’t).
However I have changed to Native only and updated etc – still not working.
Please can you help with this as a matter of urgency?
Perhaps I can give you WPadmin access
Thank you

hi
If the theme is the same, this is a configuration of the theme or a plugin.
The wpmobile plugin is also the same on all the websites π
I can’t see any plugins that are having this effect. Could it be custom CSS?
Which theme do you recommend for your app to work best?

If the theme is the same, the problem come from something else.
The best theme for app I recommend is the “native interface” theme.
Hi,
I should add that I found a solution… caching!
Out of interest, do you recommend third party caching apps, or does it conflict with your caching?
Using WP Fastest Cache
Thank you.

PS: Can you advise why the splash screen and icon isn’t updating in the play store?

I know that wprocket works fine on the app but there is also some others.
To update the logo/splashscreen, check this guide:
https://support.wpmobile.app/article/269-update-the-app-name-logo-or-splashscreen?lang=en
This indicates that the problem is not related to the theme.
It is best to choose a “native interface” theme for your app. It has a Perfect layout, functionality and Much Important it is Responsive to your App Store.
