    No attachment in email sent to user, much like this user’s experience.

    WordPress: 6.7.2
    GF: 2.9.6.1 (enabled No Conflict Mode, no difference during testing)

    To answer the same questions you asked the previous user:

    do you use an SMTP plugin or do you use the standard WordPress function?
    Yes, I use WP Mail SMTP with Google/Gmail SMTP settings.

    how many files do you send at the same time?
    One.

    how much does the attached file weigh?
    20MB.

    have you tried keeping only the plugin active with Gravity Forms and a standard theme?
    Yes. I used 2025 and the same problem exists.

    what type of server do you use? Do you have any particular configurations?
    SiteGround hosting/Apache; No.

    @toad78 Google send max 20MB of attachment, you can try with a more small file and report if work?
