NO AUTOMATIC REMINDERS

    Hello there,

    I love your plugin and I used to use it on my previous website. Now when I try to install it, I can’t get the plugin to send a mail to write review. When I test it through the settings page, I do get the mail.
    Can anyone please help me? My site is running so I need people to write reviews.

    Go: Reviews > Diagnostics in your WordPress admin

    Does WP Cron have a green checkmark? What about the others?

    Did you check your spam folder?

    —

    Are you using PHP protocol to send this mail or are you using SMTP? Or are you using a service like gsuit?

    Thanks for such a quick reply.
    1. Yes, WP Cron does have a green reply, as well does the rest.
    2. Spam folder is empty.
    3. I have no idea, I assume it’s using SMTP, I never configured something special for the plugin, so just the default protocol.

    If you dont have a plugin with SMTP specifically setup its relying on the Default PHP method.. It should in most cases still work tho. (I am a new user to this plugin). So i dont know the answer unfortunately.

    Thanks for trying our plugin!

    Can you please try the following:

    1. Enable manual review reminders in the settings.
    2. Create a test order for yourself and send a review reminder.

    Please let me know if you will receive a reminder for this order?

    Hi thanks for your reply.
    Where do I send a manual reminder??
    I can’t find it on the ‘orders’ page of Woocommerce.
    Also I tried sending a manual reminder on settings page with the test feature and it worked.

    I just found the button but when I press it it doesn’t send a reminder…
    PLEASE help me, my webshop is online but I don’t want to use another plugin as this is the best one yet.

    Hi there,

    Did a little more digging.. and found someone on this forum who had the same problem.
    Followed the advice to update and it worked!

    I’m not sure what the problem was.. once I had updated it it suddenly worked.
