No Automatic Upgrade Button on Version 2.9

This might be a very silly question because I’m not too tech savvy but from what I can glean from the help topics on this website there should be an automatic upgrade button somewhere on the admin dashboard for my blog, correct? I’m currently running 2.9.2 and I have a banner at the top that reads “WordPress 3.4.1 is available! Please notify the site administrator.”

I can’t click the banner or find any way to automatically update. Do I simply have to do a manual update?
