You could see notice meaning that the plugin still processes files.
Please, check in first section of plugin settings if any files are still loading (like on this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/6lkRD_QveVdD).
If yes, simply wait until they’re all loaded, then you will be able to start the backup. If they’re loaded but you still can’t run backup process, please let me know what’s the message of the notification.
