Hi, the plugin doesn’t work at all on my site. I got an error when I activated it. I do not know anything about it so I can’t troubleshoot.
Warning: No BCN_SETTINGS_* define statement found, defaulting to BCN_SETTINGS_USE_LOCAL.

Additionally, Breadcrumb NavXT will still work without setting this. You, however, have to call the breadcrumb trail. On the site you linked to, I am not seeing any evidence of Breadcrumb NavXT being called. I suggest either using
bcn_display()(placing it in your theme’s header.php) or the included widget.
