• I cannot access to my blog. I see instead a note saying: “It doesn’t look like you’ve installed WP yet.Try running install.php.” I’ve read somebody had the same problem and seemed it was taken as spam.

I need this problem solved urgently please because students use it and I have no copy of it.

    Thank you very much.

You’ll have to talk to your host or somebody who administers your servers. WordPress throws up that error when it can connect to the database server, but cannot access the database where all its posts are. So either your database is gone, or it’s missing/inaccessible for whatever reason.

You can check your wp-config.php file to make sure that it has not changed, but if it’s got the right settings, you need to talk to whoever is in charge of the database system.

Do NOT try to reinstall! This will give you a blank blog, and may damage the ability to recover the old database!

    Contact the edublogs.org people.

    I can see it…looks like it’s fixed.

Thank you, I’ll try writing to Edublogs.org

I see it just fine, as well – there’s no message about it needing to be installed – it’s right there. I can get to the login page too.
