    The interface button is not showing up in WordPress backend after activating plugin on WordPress multisite. As such, cannot access menus/settings.

    Checked source, plugin is not adding link in adminmenu.

    Checked database, tables have been created.

    Tried installing through admin backend plugins menu as well as downloading and uploading directly via FTP.

    Wordpress 4.7
    MySQL Server type: MariaDB
    MySQL Server version: 10.1.18-MariaDB-cll-lve – MariaDB Server
    PHP 5.6

    Browsers:
    Internet Explorer 11 (11.0.9600.18036)
    Mozilla Firefox 50.1.0
    Google Chrome 55.0.2883.87

    Only error to show up on php error log in 1 of 3 install attempts (personal data removed):
