No button in post view – cannot use plugin

    Hi There,

    I just downloaded this plugin, however there is no spoon and knife icon in the post view which means I cannot use this plugin at all. Are you aware of any issues or fixes for this? I am currently building my site (a food blog) on a local server and will be going live when I have more posts available

    Thanks in advance for any help. I’ve heard great things about this plugin so I would love to be able to use it 🙂

    Yes Arrisje… that is exaclty my point. the button is NOT there… As no one from ZipList has actually replied I am not going to use this plugin.

    If this is the level of support when things go wrong it isn’t good enough. I am a food blogger therefore if there were any problems like this and there is NO help… that’s not cool

    So thanks but no thanks

    Lauren I just updated to the new version and I have the same problem you got. May I ask what other program are you using?
    For the time being I went back to the previous version.

    Hi Arrisje,

    I’m on the latest version of wordpress and the latest version of Ziplist, I can’t downgrade to the previous version as I never downloaded it when that version was available.

    I think my biggest fustration is that no one from ziplist has replied here, or to the email I sent them. I am very hesitant to use this as a plugin when I am a foodblogger and really rely on it. I also don’t like having my recipes in plain text but hey ho!

    Well I just found out that ziplist is going away :(. Now for those who have been using ziplist like I have I looked around for other plugins. This one lets you import the recipes http://wordpress.bigoven.com/
    I am will be looking for something else before I make that step.

    It would have been nice that ziplist let you know that they call it quits.

    I looked at this site http://www.recipetineats.com/pork-carnitas-mexican-slow-cooker-pulled-pork/
    And I really like the layout and also the app for my phone. I did send the owner of this site a message to find out what plugin she is using. Would really like to add that one to my site. And great recipes she got to 😉

    I checked out the source of that page it’s using easy recipe plus plugin and current ziplist users can convert to that one also. Except the recipe plus is not free 🙁
