Mistyped something delete the folder rating-system from wp-content/plugins/rating-system
Delete rating system folder again.
Delete rating system folder.I found the bug I will release an update in less than 2 hours.Also delete the vortexthemes account and check and activate back W3 Cache plugin (I deactivate it I thought its a caching issue)

I get that you are trying to help your user but that is going way to far and no one should ask that in these forums.

I figured. 😉 There’s lots of ways to work with the users here and you can almost always reproduce what they’re seeing on your own setup.
Update to 1.9 and let me now if issue is fixed.
