These fields are now named as WCAR Fields. See this screenshot:https://d.pr/i/bWlgMQ.
If you are unable to see those fields make sure that your plugin is up-to-date.
Also, try to deactivate and activate the plugin again.
However, you can also find shortcodes for that fields here:https://cartflows.com/docs/shortcode-reference-for-email-fields/.
