    Hi,

I have installed the premium plugin and set its best settings. Converted around 90% of images. However, when I tested my site on PageSpeed Insights, I couldn’t see any difference before the plugin installation. What would be the problem?

    Hi @kiroge,

    Thank you for your message.

For now, please wait for your server’s cache to clear and convert 100% of the images. You can also try clearing LiteSpeed’s cache yourself. This should help.

    Best,
    Mateusz

    Hi,

The images are converted to %100 since a few days ago see the attached screenshot.

This below is only options I have. I tried to flush but nothing is available to flush.

Sorry, I missed you question! I’m using StablePoint Hosting. Here is https://ctrlv.link/42Pq an image shows the images are 100% converted.

@kiroge, please contact your hosting support and ask them to clear the cache for HTTP requests.

    Hi,

My hosting has temporarily cleared the cache from the WordPress side and also refreshed my cPanel account. Could you please check?

@kiroge, I ran a test on your website. I simulated browsers with and without AVIF support to make sure everything was working. Thanks to this, I can check how much your original images weigh (i.e. what was before installing our plugin) and how much the images converted by our plugin weigh.

Here are the results of my tests:

This means that the plugin is working properly and all images are displayed in the version converted by the plugin.

Below I have attached the tutorial describing how to test the plugin:
    https://mattplugins.com/docs/how-to-test-converter-for-media-plugin

PageSpeed Insights results can be highly variable and depend on many factors. Sometimes you see something in the report as an error, fix it, and the result is worse. That’s strange. However, I gave you a real-world example above, where the image weight on your website dropped by about 75%.
