No chat transcripts if user closes chat

    Chat transcripts are not always being sent to us after a chat has ended.

    If the user closes the chat the transcripts sin’t sent to us.

    Please can you help?

    Hi @inezcornell ,

    Unfortunately I don’t know exactly when the next update will be released but it shouldn’t be too long from now.

    Once an update has been released a notification is shown in your WordPress dashboard.

    We will also update this topic so that you know 🙂
