No checkbox

    I can’t get the checkbox to show up on my form. Below is what my form currently looks like.

    <p>Your First Name (required)
    [text* your-first-name] </p>

    <p>Your Last Name (required)
    [text* your-last-name] </p>

    <p>Your Email (required)
    [email* your-email] </p>

    <p>Subject
    [text your-subject] </p>

    <p>Your Message
    [textarea your-message] </p>

    <p>[submit “Send”]</p>

    [checkbox mc-subscribe id:Subscribetoemaillist]

    Try the following:
    [checkbox mc-subscribe “Subscribe” id:Subscribetoemaillist]

    If that doesn’t work, try removing the “id:Subscribetoemaillist”
