On the checkout page with the free enrollment setting I need, something has changed lately and the checkout fields like name, password etc. don’t appear.
I changed only the title of the page (In Hebrew. also the URL, that why it appears here with this strange characters..).
    Instead, you get:
“Your cart is currently empty. Click here to get started.”
when you press the “here” you are directed to the course library page.
In this page when you press the course thumbnail, you get back to the previous page.

    more details:
The code of the page is: [lifterlms_checkout]
I’ve recently changed the website theme to wpocean-it has been working great with the course and people managed to enroll.
    I use Elementor pro.
Recently I added the woocomerce (maybe it affects since it has a checkout plugin?) but deactivate it.
I’ve seen similar topics on the forum but none of them solves my issue.
    Need help asap,
    Thanks,

    Roy

  • @wpzakai,

LifterLMS doesn’t have a “Cart” like an ecommerce system. If you navigate to the purchase page via direct URL without clicking a button generated by an access plan you’ll see this message.

If you navigate to the checkout page via a purchase button from an access plan you’ll see all those fields that you’re expecting to see.

I changed only the title of the page (In Hebrew. also the URL, that why it appears here with this strange characters..).

These are hebrew characters that are URL-encoded. This is just how the browsers interpret these multibyte (I think they’re multibyte) characters. They encode them and deencode them automatically for you. It doesn’t look pretty but I don’t think there’s any way around it (that I’ve ever seen at least)

Let me know if that helps,
