    Good morning,

    We have a very large majority of “Nochoice” even though the banner must be clicked on our site (with Block Page actived).

    So the visitor cannot not have made a choice?

    Hi,

    block screen is deactivated on your page.

    So it makes a lot sense, that you have no choice.

    But the way the banner is currently configured you should track all users with “no choice” as well. As everything is “allowed” per default.

    Yes, we were the ones who had to deactivate the block page, because this solution gives a lot of bounces and it’s not good for SEO (many visitors leave the site without clicking anything…).

    A “Compliance Type” is missing to be perfect and to be like most Google Consent:
    There should be an “Accept” button, a “Refuse” button and also allow the choice of Cookie Types (i.e. “Personalize”).
    Is it possible ?

    Not sure if i get it, yes that is already possible. You can have two buttons with accept and decline. And the settings. On the page. Can you please be more specific? for example a screenshot what you expect it too look like.

    Hi,

    With newest version: 3.3.0 you have this new compliance type. If you have the premium add on installed make sure you update this to 2.9.0.
