No close button

    Hi, on this page there is a red button “Education Partnerships” which opens the popup.

    However, there is no “Close / X” button.

    Help appreciated.

    Dear @srd75,

    Thank you for your topic.

    As we understand, the “Activate Close button while hovering on popup” option is enabled on your side.

    Could you please try disabling that option and check if the close button appears?

    Also, if you are using any caching plugin, please clear your cache and check once more.

    Thank you Jasmine, I’ve deselected  “Activate Close button while hovering on popup” but the issue remains.

    From what we can see, the SVG for the close button is missing on your side.

    Also, it seems that our JS file is not loading on your public site, which is likely causing the issue.
