No Code in Footer

I installed the Bounce Rate plugin, and also have Yoast SEO and Google Analytics by Yoast (MonsterInsights) but am not seeing the code in the footer.

I checked footer.php in the theme and it has wp_footer().
In fact the whole footer.php file is simply:

</html>
