no comment box after posts

    I have been through every post I can find and tried everything in all of the posts and still can not get the comment box to show up after my posts. My husband wants to uninstall and re-install wordpress or change to a whole different blogging page but I don’t want to lose all I have done I just want a comment box after my posts. Please help.

    Either you have given wrong permission to comment on dashboard or you didn’t put comment-template in your theme.

    I have given permission to comment and I have a comment template but thanks for trying
