review https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Comments_in_WordPress and fully check all corresponding settings.
Look at the bottom of your posts missing the comment box and make sure “Allow comments” is checked:

Thanks for checking that. Could you also go to Settings > Discussion, and verify a couple more settings:
– Make sure the box next to “Allow people to post comments on new articles” is checked.
– Make sure the box next to “Automatically close comments on articles older than _ days” is not checked

Hi,
for some reason I don’t understand there’s no comment box below some of my posts.
For example I have the box for this post http://slow-data.com/music-events-rome/
but not for this one http://slow-data.com/wifi-cafe-rome/
