no comments?

    I’m having trouble enabaling comments on my blog.

    Under Options and Discussions – > I have Allow people to post comments on the article ticked. But when I go to a post on the front end, I click on (No Comments) link to post a comment, and there is no field for me to type.

    Please help

    In Options ->General
    is the box checked for:
    “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”?
