no commission registered

    Hi, I just installed the Affiliates manager plugin and am testing it. Very nice, easy to operate, complete for a free plugin. Except, not one of the sales is being registered. I tried 2 different accounts, ended a complete order, including payment (bank transfer) but nothing is registered.

    What can be the problem?

    Both accounts are approved, but have a fixed percentage in the settings, I use Woocommerce.

    Hi, Is the order in a “Completed” or “Processing” state? The plugin won’t award any commission if it’s pending. You can enable debug in the settings to check if the integration is working.
