I’m not aware of new issues since WP 5.5, what kind of incompatibility do you have at your installation?

sorry for not explaining. It works. I have tested on a page that I have 2 users. An administrator and an editor. On the page that doesn’t work for me, I only have one user, who is the administrator. I change the user to see as editor and in the frontend it is as if he lost all the CSS and js of the toolbar

Since this plugin only changes your role/capabilities or user it shouldn’t do anything else. If it is this is probably because some form of user/caps validation is being done before loading CSS. Maybe maintenance mode?
Is the same thing happening on a default theme without other plugins active?
