Hello,

I have set up the Paid Member Subscriptions plugin alongside the ProfileBuilder plugin, but when I register a new user, no confirmation emails are sent. Neither to the admin, nor to the new user. Anyone can help?

Hi @apsjay,

1. Could you please go to your Dashboard -> Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Profile Builder and Paid Member Subscriptions?

2. Are you using the PMS + PB integration that lets you add a PMS subscription plan field to the PB form: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/docs/paid-member-subscriptions/integration-with-other-plugins/profile-builder/?

Thanks for your reply, I managed to get it to work now.
`I have another question:
Is there a way to enable that the information that users enter here is sent via email to the admin?

So I would like the fields website and bio to be sent to the admin. At present, they are not sent through.

What you’ve described should be possible with the paid version of Profile Builder. But since we are not allowed to speak about the paid versions here. Could you please open a support ticket here: https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/? So we can continue the conversation.
